The Cottage has fabulous disabled access and everything you need to self-cater. There are loads of local places to eat and York is accessible by car or public transport.

The perfect countryside location to explore the delights of York. Our Snug has everything you could possibly want for your stay.
Have stayed before, always receive a warm welcome. Have stayed in a different cottage each time & both are fitted to a high standard with everything you could want or need. Its definitely home from home. The cake in the fridge is a nice touch & the milk, coffee & teabags mean you are able to make a drink before either unpacking or shopping. Peggy & Rod have though t of everything. There is an info information pack in the cottages giving ideas for days out etc.
Although not far from the A19 there was no road noise indoors, and the beds were very comfy. It was also nice to have your own lounge and kitchen.
Cozy and feels like home. Log fire keeps you toasty warm. Would recommend to anyone.
